Photographer's statement: Photographer(Court Leve) has submitted images to Client (Astro Gaming) that may or may not depict a person's image and/or likeness without a signed Model Release. It is the sole responsibility of Client to obtain any and all model releases as required by law prior to use of any image that depicts any person or any likeness of any person. Photographer does not accept any responsibility should client use said images without obtaining permission from the subject(s). Client understands and accepts all responsibility associated with using any image/likeness of any person(s) without obtaining written permission.
